WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We request the minimum level of personal identifying information from you in order to conduct our business effectively. We require your name and a contact telephone number. This is data you are asked to provide us with directly when entering our salon or indeed when you telephone the salon for an appointment.  If you email the salon with a query or an appointment request we will assume you have given us your consent to reply to you using your email address. We will never obtain any information about you indirectly from other sources outside our business.

If, however, you choose not to provide a name and/or contact telephone number when entering the salon, this is entirely your choice and you will not receive any difference in treatment and service.

We would also like you to be aware that we store basic notes on the type of service you received from us in order to process subsequent appointments accurately and efficiently and consider you have provided consent for us to store this information along with your personally identifying information by your continued use of our salon and it’s services.

 

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use your personal information to book, confirm and cancel appointments. We may on occasion contact you if you are running late for an appointment and your lateness impacts on another client’s appointment. We keep very basic appointment histories so that we can allot the required time for revisits and provide you with the same service.

We store all the data we keep electronically using a leading software solution that backs up and stores data securely.

 

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We store your data for the duration of your custom with us. Clients who choose not to revisit our salon within 12 months will automatically have their data permanently deleted.

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not share your personal data with any third parties for any purposes.

 

YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

You can, at any time, withdraw your consent for us to keep your personal data. Your data will be deleted immediately and permanently without question at the time of your request.

 

ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by us. We will provide any and all information in response to your request free of charge. Please contact us if you require further details.

We use the same software solution through our website to book appointments for the salon. You will be prompted to give consent to us keeping your personal information and will be asked to choose how you wish to be contacted.  You can be assured of the security of your data and it will never be shared with any third parties.

You do not need to give any personal information to use our website. Basic personal information is required only when booking an appointment.
